Solving Your Cooling Challenges

Common problems we help you overcome

System Crashes

Overclocking caused the system to crash? Our precision heat sinks maintain stable temperatures even under extreme loads.

Leakage Risk

Risk of water cooling system leakage? Our air-cooled solutions provide reliable performance without liquid risks.

Space Constraints

Limited space in a small ITX format? Custom-designed compact heat sinks fit perfectly in tight spaces.

What is a CPU Heat Sink?

A CPU heat sink is a crucial cooling component attached directly to a CPU. Its job is to absorb and dissipate the intense heat generated by the CPU during operation, preventing overheating and ensuring stable performance.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does a Heat Sink Come with the CPU?+

Most retail CPUs do not include a heat sink. However, some OEM bundles include a CPU with heat sink pre-attached. Check product details or ask our team!

How to Attach Heat Sink to CPU?+

Follow these simple steps:

  1. 1. Apply a pea-sized drop of heat sink paste to CPU
  2. 2. Align the heat sink to the CPU and secure it evenly
  3. 3. Connect the heatsink and fan to the motherboard

Why do I need CPU heat sink compound?+

Without it, air pockets trap heat. Compound ensures maximum contact between surfaces, preventing CPU overheating and throttling.

How to solve the problem of excessively high temperature after installing the radiator?+

Check the adhesion of the radiator, whether the silicone grease is applied evenly, or try to replace the best heat sink compound.

Why is the temperature difference measured to be 15℃ when using the same TDP heat sink?+

The key lies in the direct contact heat pipe manufacturing process! For ordinary heat sinks, the gap between the heat pipes is greater than 0.3mm. However, we use reflow soldering to fill the gap.
